Are group classes free?

All members are welcome to attend our group classes. Elite members may reserve their spots in advance, while regular members are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

How long is a group class?

Each class runs approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Where do classes take place?

Classes take place in The Club and the Heavy Metal room at our Sero Patrishi location. The schedule and sessions are subject to change.

What should I wear?

Bring your own towel and wear appropriate sportswear. No jeans and no slippers, please.

Are there try-out sessions?

We run try-out weeks throughout the year in the Heavy Metal room on the 3rd floor at Sero Patrishi. No registration needed, first come first served. Follow us on Instagram for the next dates.
